Signing in does not give you access to an organization. Somebody already working at yours invites you, and the invitation is what puts you on its staff.

The organization owns its own record. Evidence stays visible after it is submitted, the gaps come back as work with owners and dates, and the standard says why anything it does not ask of you was left out.
